Program overlaps, like the bathtub with a view in the bedroom, or the study that doubles as a hallway buffer, create a spacious feel and improve livability, without actually increasing the built form. The skillful use of unconventional angles allows for spaces to be maximised where required and to be minimised for circulation zones. A full-height recessed slider adds flexibility and privacy when required. Even the furnishing of the spaces has been carefully considered, resulting in a highly skillful resolution of a very challenging site.”
